The Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah (BKISHHB) received a visit from Acting Director of Dar Al-Siddiq for Sciences, Jeddah Dr Nezar Mahmoud Alsheikh recently.
Dr Nezar specialised in the study of the life of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and related historical places. The researcher visited BKISHHB to view the gallery’s exhibitions on Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
BKISHHB has two galleries exhibiting materials related to the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and his companions: Gallery 3 Rambut Mulia Rasulullah SAW and Gallery 4 Athar Sahabat.
The visit also explored opportunities for the cooperation and collaboration in related fields such as exhibition, preservation and restoration of exhibited materials, and research between the institutions.
BKISHHB Director Dr Haji Awang Mohammed Hussain bin Pehin Penyurat Haji Awang Ahmad and Deputy Director of BKISHHB Haji Muhammad Ibrahim bin Haji Juma’at welcomed the visiting scholar.
