Kudos to Gerai Ramadhan vendors

The COVID-19 pandemic has been a blessing in disguise.

Sure, the past couple of years have been filled with uncertainty and fear. However, the measures to keep the world safe have also resulted in more emphasis on hygiene and cleanliness.

With Gerai Ramadhan in full swing, it is good to see vendors taking the official health advice seriously, by wearing face masks and gloves when preparing food.

I’m sure I’m not the only one, who has experienced the disappointment of discovering a delicious-looking plate of food being under-cooked or contaminated with foreign objects such as hair.

While I continue to be impressed by how these vendors operate, close monitoring must still be carried out to ensure protocols are strictly followed.
