I would like to convey my heartfelt appreciation to the authorities for the swift refund of extra payments for the use of the private suite for my wife’s post-delivery at Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital.
A few years ago, the money was deposited into our account after a long period. But our recent experience took us by surprise; we received the refund in less than a month.
Such a great service should not go unnoticed, and as such, I would like to say kudos to all the relevant departments for improving services to the public.
