Sayyidina Ali Secondary School (SMSA) and its Parents Teachers Association (PTA) organised a Korban meat distribution yesterday, in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidiladha. Four cows were sacrificed for the celebration.

SMSA Deputy Principal of Administration Hajah Mazizan binti Haji Mohammad and PTA Chairman Nordin bin Haji Zainal attended.

The event began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah followed by a mass recitation of Takbir and Doa Selamat led by Syaeful Fahri bin Haji Sukri and Sherfini bin Haji Senin.

Meat portions were distributed to 34 orphan students, 48 students under the Miftah An-Najjah scheme and staff members.

The event hoped to enliven the Hari Raya Aidiladha celebration and lessen the burden of the less fortunate students.
