Kolej International Graduate Studies (KIGS) held a Khatam Al-Quran ceremony at the college’s Business, Marketing and Communication (BMCC) block recently.
The ceremony saw over 50 participants, comprising staff and students as well as the college’s board of directors and shareholders.
Leading the recitation of the Khatam Al-Quran, which began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, was lecturer Nordin bin Ajmain.
The ceremony proceeded with the presentation of donations to 26 orphans and the less fortunate by the college’s former CEO Pengiran (Dr) Hajah Fatimah binti Pengiran Setia Jaya Pengiran Haji Abdul Momin as well as board of directors members Pengiran Haji Mohd Yamin bin Pengiran Setia Jaya Pengiran Haji Abdul Momin, Haji Mahrub bin Haji Murni and Hajah Norjum binti Haji Yusop.
