The Welfare Body of the Spouses of Senior Government Officials and Women Officials (BISTARI) held a Khatam Al-Quran ceremony in conjunction with the birthday celebration of Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Pemancha Pengiran Anak Haji Mohamed Alam.
The ceremony took place on October 22 at the residence of BISTARI’s President Datin Hajah Asmah binti Haji Abdul Rahman.
The ceremony marked the completion of reciting 30 juzuks of Al-Quran dedicated to Her Majesty and coincided with the Maulidur Rasul celebration.
