The Brunei Darussalam National Judo Federation (BDNJF) elected leaders for a three-year term following the federation’s annual general meeting at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium recently.
Haji Abdul Malek bin Haji Mohammad was re-elected as president. Chong Chee Keong was re-elected as the vice president in administrative area while Muhammad Ali-Rashid bin Haji Mohammad Alipah was voted in as vice president in the technical area.
Muhammad Ali-Rashid will succeed Rasimoon bin Haji Adinin.
Shena Wong was voted in as general secretary while Pengiran Fauzi Salihin bin Pengiran Salleh assumed the treasurer position.
The meeting also discussed financial reports for the last term and plans for the next term such as tournaments, coaching courses and promotion of the sport in the country.
