Joining hands to promote cleanliness amid pandemic

The Ministry of Home Affairs through its Brunei-Muara District Office continued its series of cleaning campaigns of several premises under the department.

Yesterday’s campaign was conducted at Pantai Jerudong Market.

The month-long campaign initiated by the Brunei-Muara District Office involves collaboration with government agencies such as the Fire and Rescue Department (FRD) and the Department of Water Services of the Public Works Department (JKR).

The campaign aims to ensure the cleanliness of premises, implemented by the market and stall unit supervisor and Labour, District Development Division. The activity answers the call by the Ministry of Health to ensure cleanliness is maintained and protected.

Over 10 staff from the stall as well as the Brunei-Muara District Office, participated.

The next cleaning campaign will be at the STKRJ Kampong Rimba stall on November 13.
