The newly completed Jaquar World store by Jaquar Group opened its door in Kiulap yesterday.
Indian High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam Ajaneesh Kumar officiated the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony joined by Awinco Sdn Bhd Managing Director Kalimuthan Ilangovan and CEO Md Metussin bin Haji Wahab.
Awinco Directors Haji Mohd Yunus bin Awang Tengah and Haji Nordin bin Saban and OUB Vice President Chong also participated in the event.
Jaquar Group Director and Promoter Rajesh Mehra said the store is designed to meet customers’ expectations with a multi-diversified and premium selection of the latest innovations and technologies. “The range offers bathroom and light solutions for every décor,” he said.
Kalimuthan said, “The group plans on launching more experiences in the future and takes pride in the recent store launch.”
The new showroom features products from wall and floor lights to table lamps and chandeliers.
Jaquar Group collaborated with Awinco Sdn Bhd Collection of Enterprises, a group of companies involved in commercial operations such as construction, hardware, retail, and distribution, in constructing the new showroom. Awinco Group General Manager Sathees Kannan Govindarajan said, “We are launching a complete bathroom and lighting destination showroom.”
