A hearse was handed over to Jame’ ‘Asr Hassanil Bolkiah during a ceremony at the mosque’s main entrance recently.
Acting Director of Mosque Affairs Haji Amir Hisham bin Haji Masri received a mock key from senior religious officer at Jame’ ‘Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Haji Haris bin Haji Suboh.
The mosque purchased a Toyota Commuter Bus High Roof at a cost of BND46,000 including modifications, with donations from Van Jenazah Purchase Fund and Urusan Penyelenggaraan Kereta Jenazah Jame ‘Asr Hassanil Bolkiah.
Muslims are urged to help each other , be it a family member, friend or stranger. Giving alms is spending wealth towards Allah the Almighty’s way and an investment for the hereafter.
