INSURANS Islam TAIB General Takaful Sdn Bhd (IITGT) recently introduced its General Takaful Helpline at 2223004, as well as the Insurans Islam TAIB Mobile Application (IIT Mobile App), in a move to enhance its services and provide more convenience for Takaful clients.

The General Takaful Helpline will allow customers to skip the queue, get quotes and confirm their Takaful participation and pay online. They can also opt for a free delivery or a Takaful policy pick-up at the IITGT Head Office in Suria Building Kiulap, or the IITGT branch in Kuala Belait.

In his address, the Marketing Manager of Insurans Islam TAIB Holdings Sdn Bhd (IITH) Shameon bin Tamil, explained that the introduction of the helpline was based on customer feedback regarding the long queues, as well as delayed responses to queries made by phone.

Meanwhile, the IIT Mobile App will provide mobile solutions, as well as an alternative channel to obtain product information and allow policy participation, such as Takaful policies, on customers’ mobile phones.

The app was first launched on November 24 last year, during IITH’s 25th anniversary celebrations.

Executive Officer of Teletakaful and Support Services (SSV) Norshahrul Azim bin Haji Abdul Rahman gave a walkthrough of the General Takaful Helpline and a demonstration of the IIT Mobile App.

The IITH marketing manager announced that the first 100 customers with confirmed participations of the Comprehensive Motor Takaful and the Home Owner Takaful, through these facilities, will be rewarded with Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (CBTL) vouchers.

The promotion commences today, while stock lasts.
