Rengokai Karate Brunei Darussalam, who were the organisers, came third with four gold, two silver and 12 bronze medals.

A total of 116 athletes involving clubs from Brunei, Sabah and Sarawak participated in the three-day tournament.

The categories comprised children from seven to 13 years across various age groups, cadets (14-15), junior (16-17) and Under-21 (18-21 years).

The tournament served as a platform to prepare participants for upcoming domestic and foreign tournaments. The meet also helped foster friendly ties especially between Brunei and foreign exponents.
