Indera Motors helps raise awareness on killer disease

Indera Motors Sdn Bhd, the sole distributor of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles in the country, joined the Walk, Run and Cycle event at the Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien, in conjunction with the World Cancer Day 2020 in the capital yesterday.

Seventy per cent of Indera Motors’ workforce participated in the event, while two of their featured vehicles carried cancer awareness messages.

The objectives include raising public awareness and inspiring action for a cancer-free future, as well as to further galvanise the community to come together in the collective fight against cancer.

At the event, car window sticker with cancer awareness packages were given away to visitors. The online contest ‘Gotha! Spot the Car, Tag & Win!’ was also launched. It runs until February 29. The public will need to look out for the Jaguar or Land Rover on the road, take a photo of the cancer message it carries, then upload the picture, tag and hashtag Indera Motors on Instagram or Facebook page.

Up for grabs are Jaguar or Land Rover branded goods.
