Registrar of Societies (ROS) of the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) held a Societies’ administrative seminar themed ‘Increasing vigilance and capacity of associations against misuse for terrorist financing’ at the Auditorium hall of RBPF headquarters in Tungku on Monday.

Two presentations on ‘non-profit organisations (NPOs) and risk of financing terrorists’ were delivered by the UPK, while, ROS officers presented on the ‘administration and responsibility within the management of associations’.
The seminar’s objective was to raise awareness on the exposure of associations in the form of NPOs to the risk of financing terrorism as well as to strengthen the network and cooperation between associations and the authorities.
