His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to send messages of congratulations to Amir of Kuwait His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Prime Minister of Kuwait His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, as well as the royal family, the Government and the people of Kuwait on the occasion of its 62nd National Day.
