Weather conditions over the country is forecast to be active until February 28, the Brunei Darussalam Meteorological Department (BDMD) announced.
Occasional heavy and thundery showers are expected to affect many areas of the country while wind speed may reach up to 45 kilometres per hour during or near heavy and thundery showers due to the presence of the strong northeasterly wind surge and a low pressure system over the region. Windy condition with gusts of up to 45 kilometres per hour can also occur during the crossing of heavy showers.
