Guests ‘Eat, Learn and Chill’

With Ramadhan and Hari Raya festivities around the corner, Nona Manis Food Industries brought the 7th edition of ‘Eat, Learn and Chill’ at the Kitchen Table, Kiulap yesterday.

Themed ‘Nostalgia Ramadhan Raya 2021’, the event – organised by Solstice Event Co – was attended by Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Muhammad Abdul Haffiz bin Pengiran Sura Negara Pengiran Anak Haji Muhammad Bey Mutassir and Pengiran Nur Izzati binti Pengiran Haji Abdul Wahab.

Nostalgia Ramadhan Raya 2021 highlighted the nostalgic taste of Ramadhan and the remembrance of Syawal. The event showcased the du jour menu with 10 newly
elevated recipes.

Guests experienced foreign cuisine while staying in the country due to travel restrictions. The event aimed at raising culinary standards while offering premium desserts.

The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Doa followed with the serving of the breakfast menu which included Nasi Kerabu, Ayam Percik Puteri Manis and Kerabu Nenas Berkacang.

This was followed with desserts – Coconut Raspberry Pistachio, Spectacular Speculoos
and Mangomisu.

A demonstration class performed by Azry Masri of Guapo Bakes concluded the event.
