Darussalam Holdings Sdn Bhd (DHSB) and its subsidiary Darussalam Services Sdn Bhd (DSSB) held a Tedarus with Khatam Al-Quran and bersungkai jama’ie ceremony at Mahligai Hall of The Airport Mall recently.
The event began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah followed by Tedarus Al-Quran.
DHSB Managing Director Haji Mahmud bin Haji Mohamed also presented souvenirs to a staff member of TAIB Filling Station Sdn Bhd Osman bin Haji Abdul Hamid, who is retiring soon.
The ceremony was one of DHSB’s annual religious activities in glorifying Ramadhan and strengthening ties among officers and staff.
DHSB and DSSB management as well as staff members were also in attendance.
Takmir committee of RPN Kampong Pandan Mosque

The RPN Kampong Pandan Mosque Takmir Committee in Kuala Belait conducted a Khatam Al-Quran ceremony to encourage the reading of Al-Quran among congregants on April 30.
Advisor for the mosque takmir committee Dato Paduka Haji Awang Jamain bin Haji Julaihi, Kampong Pandan ‘B’ Village Head Morney bin Amat and Kampong Pandan ‘C’ Village Head Haji Affandy bin Damit attended.
The event aimed to encourage residents to participate in religious ceremonies organised at the mosque.
