Some 400 packs of bubur kacang were distributed among members of the Girl Guides Association of Brunei Darussalam (PPPBD), residents of the Welfare House Complex (KRK) at Kampong Belimbing Subok and the public.
PPPBD Chief Commissioner Norazrina binti Haji Sarbini made the presentation among the association members while association members distributed among KRK residents.
The distribution was part of the Titian Kasih Project of the PPPBD, an annual community project involving charitable and community activities organised by the association members.
Its objectives are to cultivate charity among association members, expose them to the culture of serving the community and strengthen identity, and instill discipline and teamwork. The preparation took place at the PPPBD headquarters in Anggrek Desa. – Lyna Mohamad
