GDT 1 defeated SBDT Payau B to emerge winners of a Darts Double Competition at Kuala Belait’s Youth Centre on Sunday.
LamberJack C and Fly Axe were tied in third place.
Haji Mohd Amirol bin Haji Md Taib from Fly Axe received a special award after recording the most 180, while Suhaimi bin Judin from LDH 1 scored the highest check.
The competition, held in conjunction with the 78th birthday celebration of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, attracted 49 dart teams. Penghulu of Mukim Belait Haji Abdul Afiq bin Zainuddin presented the prizes. – Daniel Lim
