The Language and Literature Bureau (DBP) Library kicked off its school holiday programme at its premises in Kampong Pandan, Belait District on Monday.
On the opening day, children between the ages of four and seven participated in ‘Jom Kira’ and ‘Math Detective’ games, while children between the ages of eight and 11 participated in recreational maths activities. The programme, continuing until April 6, features activities themed around educational literacy and numeracy, providing a platform for the children to make full use of the school holidays to explore and develop their skills and knowledge outside of the classroom.
The programme will culminate with a Pustaka Ria on April 6. – Daniel Lim
