The Fuel Good Weekend aims to be an annual platform for Brunei Shell Marketing Company Sdn Bhd’s (BSM) current and new business partners to showcase a one-stop avenue for customers to enjoy exclusive deals and participate in interactive activities, said BSM’s Managing Director Muhammad Norshafiee bin Dato Paduka Haji Abdul Jalil.
He said this during the launching of BSM’s Fuel Good Weekend at the Jerudong Park Amphitheatre taking place from today until December 4.
“We have timed Fuel Good Weekend to be held in conjunction with the Brunei December Festival 2022 and the school holidays. We wanted our customers to experience something different from what they are normally used to with BSM – by meeting our customers and bringing families and friends together, show our appreciation and to provide an immersive automotive experience as we close 2022,” he said.
“Moving towards 2023 and beyond, BSM will be progressing, innovating and evolving to move forward with our partners, so together we can continue to thrive. As a committed mobility partner, we aim to fuel the hopes, dreams and ambitions of our people and our nation. You can count on BSM to move forward with you, innovating and evolving to serve our partners and customers better,” he added.
The launching of Fuel Good Weekend was officiated by Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin and Minister of Transport and Infocommunications Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary bin Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Mustapha. Following the launch, the ministers toured the exhibitions by car distributors and car accessories companies. The public will get the chance to win prizes, experience a diverse range of activities including live entertainment, showcase of latest products and services from BSM and its partners fulfilling mobility needs for the public through purchase with exclusive offers.
BSM is also bringing back the Shell V-Power experimental showcase for an immersive visual experience into the works of Shell V-Power. Visitors can try out the specially built race track for the Shell motorsport collection race and join the fastest lap racing simulator competition.
Cars and motorcycle enthusiasts can see a range of vehicles showcased by local car distributors and also go on a test drive.
