St James’ School organised an open day at its premises last Saturday.
A number of games and performances were held where students showcased their skills and talents.
Deputy Principal Leonardo Marasigan Amo spoke on the return of the annual occasion following a three-year hiatus.
Several booths and activities were also organised to inspire students in their continued pursuit to hone their talents and skills acquired through the school’s co-curricular activities (CCA) to build character.
Amo shared that one of the school’s mission is to achieve a balanced education of classrooms and CCA.
“The open day represented one such platform for the students to do so in a fun and engaging manner,” he said.
He added, “This is the best opportunity to showcase what the students have achieved in the last 11 months, as well as provide the best chance for our students to unwind, relieve stress and enjoy.”
