“As stated in the Prime Minister’s Office circulars, all frontliners are mandated to get vaccinated. For those refusing to get vaccinated, they may be re-allocated or dismissed from work,” said Minister of Health Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar during the daily press conference yesterday.

According to the minister, the frontliners are the country’s line of defence.

“If the fortress is not strong enough, how can the frontliners help the community? For this reason, we wish to ensure that they are all strong and steady,” said the minister.

Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohd Isham advised all to get vaccinated so that efforts in realising the re-opening of the economy could be attained.

He added, “We might employ the use of a vaccination passport as proof of vaccination, so for those refusing to get vaccinated are advised to change their mind for the benefits of all.”
