The Law Society of Brunei Darussalam will organise a free legal advice clinic on civil and criminal matters at the Law and Subordinate Courts Building in Jalan Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha, Batu Satu from 10am to noon on December 14.
The clinic aims to provide free legal advice to the public who are unable to obtain such service due to a limited income.
Consultation will be provided on a first-come-first-serve basis.
To obtain the free service, a public member must not be represented by any law firm; must provide a copy of Brunei-issued identity card and proof of current residential address; and has an income or allowance of less than BND1,500 per month. – Fadley Faisal
