Flowers, decorative lights festival targets tourists

THE Hadfa Garden Lighting Festival 2019 organised by the Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DPPMB) in collaboration with Hadfa Garden and supported by Higher Hotel, will be held tomorrow until April 15.

This was announced at a press conference hosted by DPPMB at its office yesterday.

The event will take place at Hadfa Garden in the Agriculture Development Site Phase 4, Rimba Horticulture at 8pm.

The event aims to encourage tourists to visit the country, and to draw locals as part of the school holiday activity. It also serves to provide exposure and showcase flowers available at the garden as well as to provide an opportunity for the DPPMB members to carry out business activities at the event by selling food and beverages.

A variety of colourful and creative decorative lights will be featured at the Garden Lighting Festival.

Entrance for children aged three and below is free.

Public amenities such as parking space, ticket sale booth, public toilet, prayer room and safety amenities will be available.
