FIVE people were charged yesterday in the Magistrate’s Court for alleged housebreaking and other related offences, with the case remitted to the Intermediate Court.
No pleas were taken from Mohd Dzulfadli bin Abdullah, 36, Md Firdaus bin Morni, 26, Norlila Wati binti Hassan, 34, Rudy bin Haji Sinin, 40, and Mohammad Khairul Hafiz bin Abdullah, 18, on the charges.
The alleged offences include housebreaking, housebreaking to commit theft, car theft, changing vehicle licence plates, retention of stolen property, and mischief.
Acting Chief Magistrate Pengiran Masni binti Pengiran Haji Bahar presided over the case.
DPP Sabrina binti Haji Mahmud represented the Public Prosecutor.
