Five active COVID-19 cases in Brunei

Five active COVID-19 cases are receiving treatment at the National Isolation Centre (NIC), the Ministry of Health (MoH) stated in its daily update on the pandemic in the country.

The last local COVID-19 case was reported 241 days ago.

The total number of imported cases since the last local case is 16 with the national tally at 157. A total of 620 of individuals are undergoing mandatory self-isolation while 10, 464 have completed since March 2020.

Some 205 SARS-CoV-2 samples have been taken within the last 24 hours, and 83,542 tests conducted since January 2020.
