Baiduri Bank launched a campaign to promote financial education among women, with the aim of empowering them to take control of their financial future in conjunction with International Women’s Day.
Customers can get complimentary copies of the financial education booklets titled Power of a Woman comprising templates for budgeting, saving and spending tips as well as ideas for side hustles to help women on their journey to be more financially confident at all its branches, beginning yesterday until March 31, while stock last.
Baiduri Bank Group Strategic Marketing and Communications Head Ng Yick Wei said, “Women in Brunei currently represent 40 per cent of the local workforce showing how crucial it is that they are well informed and be financially literate, according to the 2019 Labour Force Survey. Our objective as a financial institution is to help individuals break the barriers that prevent them from succeeding financially”.
