Local film director Abdul Zanidi handed over proceeds collected from a screening of his film Worm and the Widow to Society for the Management of Autism Related issues in Training, Education and Resources (SMARTER) Brunei yesterday.
The film was screened at One Cineplex on May 16 and 17.
“I wanted to donate to SMARTER Brunei because I wanted to raise awareness on autism. For my next film, I am planning to include children with autism,” said Abdul Zanidi.
Recently Abdul Zanidi’s film, Vanishing Children Triangle, was screened at the residence of the Philippines Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam’s.
