The gathering is an annual event where this year’s get-together saw an overwhelming response from patients and staff where activities were conducted during the event, including performances by the Gleneagles JPMC staff and patients, lucky draws, games and best dress awards for guests.
The event’s main objective was to gather all cardiac rehab patients who are new to the programme, and those who have been discharged with their families to enjoy themselves during the Raya festivities, taking into consideration the food choices for the buffet, as well as patients’ safety and convenience.
The Gleneagles JPMC hoped the patients enjoyed themselves and when they are discharged from the cardiac rehab programme, they would continue to live a healthier lifestyle and continue to exercise on their own.
