The Singapore Food Festival will be back “better than ever” at Anjung Saujana in Brunei International Airport.
Held in collaboration with Singapore Tourism Board, Singapore High Commission in Brunei Darussalam and the Royal Brunei Culinary (RBC), the festival will highlight the best of Singapore’s independent Halal culinary scene, featuring The Black Hole Group.
Specialising in gourmet food and artisan coffee, The Black Hole Group is a parent company of a growing number of eclectic restaurant and café brands including The Mad Sailor, Tipo Pasta Bar and Working Title Burger Bar. Its various menus cover a range of delicacies from around the world.
The Black Hole Group of restaurants will present a specially curated menu of its popular fusion dishes that will complement the classic Singaporean cuisine during the two-week event, prepared by chefs specially flown from Singapore.
The Singapore Food Festival will be held from March 30 to April 11.
