Feasting on local flavours

The Dangsanak Ku Group held a gathering to feast on delicacies from Kampong Ayer recently.

The gathering introduced the younger generation to traditional cuisines like liking, ampap, pais perut ikan, belais rebus sepohon, nasi Brunei bandul minyak and cacah pidada nasi.

The feast was held in Kampong Mentiri and attended by over 100 people.
