Explore new opportunities, students told at graduation event

More than 100 Year 11 students from St Margaret’s School in Seria were feted during a graduation ceremony at the school’s hall on November 21.

“Today marks the end of an era for all of you (the graduating year 11 students). While graduation may be the end of the secondary years and last days at St Margaret’s School, there are now new doors and opportunities for you to explore shortly,” the school’s Principal Liew Yong Kim said.

Following the speech, the students received graduation certificates, followed by cultural performances and a finale song by the graduates. Member of the school’s Board of Governor Goh Jien Sheng attended the event alongside parents and guardians. – Daniel Lim
