The People’s Republic of China mourned the victims of the COVID-19 outbreaks by observing a three-minute of silence at 10am yesterday. It is a day of remembrance to honour the over 3,300 people who have died of COVID-19 in China.

The Chinese national flags were lowered to half-mast across China, and at Chinese embassies and consulates around the world.
