EduPack Prihatin launched to help 7,000 students get connected

The EduPack Prihatin, a joint initiative between the Ministry of Education (MOE) and Datastream Digital Sdn Bhd (DST), was officially launched yesterday, aimed at helping 7,000 underprivileged students who have little or no access to technology and the Internet for their online education.

The initiative aims to collect 70,000GB of data, allowing each student 10GB of data for their online learning.

The MoE and DST believe the initiative is necessary to help the students especially during these challenging times, where the use of technology and the Internet are key factors to keep up-to-date with their studies.

For donations using MyDST, DST subscribers need to login to their MyDST account, navigate to the ‘Add-Ons’ and click ‘Donations’. They can then choose the denomination they want to donate and click ‘Purchase Add-On’.

Easi, Mobi, Freedom and Infinity subscribers are all welcome to donate via MyDST.
