A viral photo of a pick-up truck loaded with durians from a neighbouring state was brought up during a press conference on the COVID-19 situation on Monday. Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Finance and Economy II Dato Seri Setia Dr Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah said, “The issue has been brought to our attention and discussions made with relevant ministries such as the Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications (MTIC) and the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism (MPRT).” More details in Tuesday’s Borneo Bulletin.
