DST rolled into 2019 on an exciting note, capping off the final day of the 22nd Consumer Fair riding on a hot streak of postpaid package plan sign-ups.
Prima postpaid mobile plan packages were reportedly sold out as early as day one, with many phone models restocked throughout the week.
Supplies of GO!broadband device bundles also ran out due to strong customer demand for DST’s 4G-powered mobile broadband plans.
Customers who purchased the mobile plans and other products and services were given chances to win lucky dip prizes, which included mobile phones, Easi recharge cards, and exclusive DST merchandise.
Various other activities were also hosted by the telco for visitors, many of whom waited patiently for the opportunity to win freebies at its booth and on the activity stage.
Some 300 Easi 4G prepaid SIM cards were also given away for free to eligible visitors, resulting in the formation of long queues at the DST booth.
