Drill held to identify gaps in emergency protocols

Aziz Latif Transport Sdn Bhd (ALTSB) conducted an emergency drill yesterday at the Serambangun Industrial area in Tutong District to identify any gaps or weaknesses in their emergency procedures.
 
The drill was part of the annual Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Plan. It aimed to test the response capabilities of the drivers, on-duty staff, and Emergency Response Team (ERT) in managing incidents. The drill also evaluated  emergency coordination.
 
The drill began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by Assistant Operations Coordinator Md Hariz bin Haji Anuar and a safety briefing by Transport Safety Officer Md Hafiz Juddin bin Jimat. The exercise was conducted by Operations Coordinator and Live Exercise Director Norakalily binti Haji Rosli. Participants included Tutong District police personnel, firefighters, paramedics and other representatives.
 
The drill concluded with a debriefing session and the presentation of mementos. – James Kon
