The Brunei Darussalam Scouts Association (PPNBD) recently feted scouts who participated in international programmes from 2017 to 2022 in a ceremony at its headquarters in Gadong.
The ceremony began with the recitation of Doa and the Scout Oath followed by welcoming remarks from PPNBD International Commissioner Haji Abdul Manan bin Haji Abdul Latif.
PPNBD President Dato Paduka Ar Haji Idris bin Haji Abas presented the certificates to the recipients.
Scouts Chief Commissioner Haji Awang Badar bin Haji Awang Ali was also present.
