The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) held a Doa Kesyukuran ceremony at Ash-Shaliheen Mosque yesterday in conjunction with the 49th birthday celebration of His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office.
Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof attended.
Deputy ministers, special guests, permanent secretaries, heads of departments and PMO officers and personnel were also present.
The ceremony began with the mass recitation of Surah Yaasiin, followed by the recitation of Doa Kesyukuran led by Mosque Affairs Officer Haji Mohammad Izzat Izzuddin bin Begawan Pehin Khatib Dato Paduka Haji Emran.
The event concluded with mass Asar prayer.
