Death toll from Indonesia floods, landslides hits 68

JAKARTA (Bernama) – The death toll from torrential rains that triggered landslides and floods on an Indonesian island has climbed to 68, Anadolu Agency reported, quoting Indonesia’s disaster management agency last Sunday. At least 47 people were injured and seven others remained missing in disaster-hit Sulawesi Island, according to Sutopo Purwo Nugroho, spokesman of the National Disaster Management Agency.
