A series of religious dawn talks were held at several mosques in the Belait district yesterday.

At Pekan Seria Mosque, the talk was delivered by Mosque Affairs Officer Haji Aminordin bin Haji Mohd Yussof. He said the Ummah should be grateful with the wealth they received and not to be overjoyed with it. Wealth must be shared for the benefit of mankind and one should feel blessed if showered with such wealth.

Meanwhile, at Kampong Labi Mosque, Mosque Affairs Officer Haji Mohd Nazelly bin Noorashid in a talk pointed out good intentions and charity.

While at RPN Kampong Pandan Mosque, the talk entitled ‘Key to Heaven’ was presented by Director of Jawi and Turath Book Centre at Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan (KUPU SB) Dr Harapandi bin Dahri. Among others, he touched on good deeds that bring heavenly rewards and thankfulness for the blessings bestowed by Allah the Almighty. Dr Harapandi also called on the Ummah to persevere and intensify doing good deeds when receiving tests from Allah the Almighty.
