The Young Entrepreneurs Association Brunei (YEAB) hosted a YEAB OpenChat event on November 16.
The session allowed participants to engage in open discussions and share their experiences, challenges and practices in running creative businesses.
The key topics discussed included clientele and promotion strategies, adding value to clients, building client relationships, handling team dynamics and client sharing, outsourcing and focusing on strengths, marketing and content strategy, team synergy and fun activities.
The session concluded with networking, providing attendees an opportunity to further connect and exchange thoughts.
