The High Court on Tuesday dismissed a local man’s application for a reduction in sentence on finding it ‘deserving’ as he had unlawful carnal knowledge of his young cousin.
Chief Justice Dato Seri Paduka Steven Chong examined the case where the 34-year-old man pleaded guilty to the charge on July 25 and received a sentence of three years’ jail with three canings.
