PROGRESIF once again demonstrated its drive towards digital transformation and reinforced its commitment to providing an unrivalled customer service experience by launching a new customer care app yesterday.
Progresif Care is an extension of Progresif’s overall digital strategy, which has already seen the launch of Progresif Radio and Progresif Pay over the last two years.
Progresif’s Chief Executive Officer Paul Taylor said, “The new Progresif Care app brings greater levels of convenience for our customers and is an example of our efforts to bring to our customers simple, convenient and efficient solutions to give them the freedom to do more.”
The new app allows Progresif customers to access and better manage their accounts. Key features in the app will allow customers to see a breakdown of their usage and balance in real time, to change plans, add on bundles of data, sign up for e-Billing as well as topping up their account and paying bills. Customers will also have direct access to new products and promotions without the need to visit retail stores.
Progresif’s Chief Marketing Officer Devin Edwards said, “As the care app builds on our overall digital strategy it is a key milestone for Progresif to usher in a higher level of customer service through giving customers greater, access to, and control of their account. In doing so it also establishes another powerful platform with a robust feature roadmap.”
Every transaction using Progresif Care will give the customer an entry into a lucky draw for a free one-month Unlimited 40GB plan or a Progresif Pay BND50 reward in conjunction with the festive season and to celebrate the launch.
Two lucky winners will be selected every week to win the prizes in the campaign from June 28 to July 31.
