Kampong Sungai Teraban residents and visitors enjoyed a three-in-one festive event at the village’s community hall on Sunday, in conjunction with the 39th National Day celebration.
The three-in-one Pesta Sungai Teraban combined a cleaning campaign, a festive marketplace and a kite tournament.
Acting Belait District Officer Haji Amirol Hafidzin bin Haji Muhammad was the guest of honour.
Acting Village Head of Kampong Sungai Teraban Zaini bin Haji Kaderi said the event was an opportunity for villagers to spend time with friends and family over the weekend.
Sixty four individuals took part in the kite tournament, which saw kites battling each other over the skies above the venue.
