Minister at Prime Minister’s Office Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Abdul Mokti bin Haji Mohd Daud officiated the Brunei Unified campaign at The Mall, Gadong yesterday, as a follow-up to the Mother and Child Awareness Campaign last year.

Organised by Qudoz Event Management Services, Brunei Unified aims to bring the people of Brunei Darussalam together to realise Brunei Vision 2035.

Government enforcement agencies, private sector and non-government organisations (NGOs) participated in the campaign.

The campaign’s objectives include producing independent youth with KIKIK – creative, innovative, competitive, integrative and comprehensive – characteristics; increasing competencies in society, youth and the differently abled (OKU); and increasing knowledge and awareness on the importance of law enforcement, health, religion, culture and the use of technologies.

Qudoz Event Management Service Deputy President Abdul Wafi bin Haji Abdul Rahman said, “During the six days, the campaign will have self-improvement programmes including public speaking, working paper writing, CV writing, job interview and Google Team Collaboration and Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) analysis.”

Several activities will also be conducted including awareness forum.

Yesterday saw secondary school and higher education alumni at the campaign to gain employment opportunities.
