His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, in a titah on Monday, stated that during these difficult times, the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA) and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) should continue collectively addressing issues of common concerns as well as regional and global challenges. His Majesty on Monday officiated the virtual opening of the 42nd AIPA General Assembly hosted by Brunei Darussalam’s Legislative Council (LegCo). More details in Tuesday’s Borneo Bulletin.
