A total of 505 children from Taman Asuhan Kanak-Kanak Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah (TASKA YSHHB) recently took part in a 40th National Day celebration at the TASKA Hall.
The event began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by Muhammad Nazmi bin Puasa, followed by the singing of the national anthem and school songs.
Among the activities in the morning were the formation of the number 40 by TASKA YSHHB children, a National Day parade and viewing of a video that highlighted the 40th National Day.
The objectives were to instil patriotic values in every child to obey the Sovereign as ‘Úlul Amri’ and to cultivate a spirit of love and loyalty towards the nation.
